Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Annual subscribers get prorated credits when upgrading.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
Our Free plan is free forever and lets you experience the core platform. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime within the first 14 days for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual billing to save 15% compared to paying monthly. You'll be billed once per year and receive an invoice for your records.
Is there a setup fee or hidden cost?
No setup fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
Can I get Class Schedules & Timetable on the Teacher or Tutor+ plan?
Yes. Schedules and timetables are included with the School plan, and can be enabled as an add-on for Teacher and Tutor+ accounts — just contact us and we'll switch it on for your account.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each user only accesses data scoped to their role via strict role-based access control.
